PVC Non-Reinforced Flashing

PVC Non-Reinforced Flashing is a flexible, high-performance roofing membrane used primarily for detail work and waterproofing critical areas on flat and low-slope roofs. It’s made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) without internal scrim (fabric reinforcement), which allows it to be extremely pliable and easy to shape around complex roof features.

What it’s used for

This material is commonly installed around:

• Roof penetrations (pipes, vents, HVAC curbs)

• Corners and edges

• Parapet walls

• Drains and scuppers

• Skylights

• Seams and transitions

Its flexibility makes it ideal for areas where standard reinforced membranes are too stiff to form a watertight seal.
